These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the services and courses provided by Skill Solution (“we”, “us”, “our”). By enrolling in any of our courses, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Course Details and Requirements
Skill Solution offers a diverse range of courses suitable for individuals over the age of 18. No specific prerequisites are required for enrollment, except as specified in individual course descriptions.
3. Bookings and Payment Terms
- Bookings can be completed via our website, in person, or by phone, and confirmed via email.
- Full payment is required upfront for course enrollment. A certificate of completion will be awarded to participants who successfully complete the course.
- In certain cases, a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure a booking.
4. Transfers
- Participants may request to transfer to alternative course dates subject to availability. Specific conditions and potential fees for transfers will be detailed in our transfer policy.
5. Accommodation
- Accommodation is not provided by Skill Solution and is the responsibility of the participant.
6. Cancellation, Non-Attendance, and Refund Policy
- Cancellations and requests to transfer must be made in writing either by email or letter and will be acknowledged in writing.
- If you cancel a booking more than 14 working days before the course, a full refund will be given – less a £100 to cover administration costs, provided we are notified in writing prior to the 14-day cut-off point.
- For cancellations made 14 working days or less before the course, or for ‘no shows’, full payment is required.
7. Change of Delegate
Course delegates may be substituted at any time prior to the start of the course if agreed by us in writing, provided any course eligibility criteria can still be met.
8. Course Cancellation by Skill Solution
We reserve the right to cancel a course at any time, with full training fees refunded or transferred to the next available course date. We hold no liability for any other expenses incurred due to cancellation.
9. Intellectual Property and Course Materials
All course materials provided are the intellectual property of Skill Solution. These materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without our express permission.
10. Data Protection and Privacy
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and store your data.
11. Limitation of Liability
Skill Solution shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from your enrollment in or use of any of our courses.
12. Contract Jurisdiction
Our contract with you is made under English law, and any disputes will be dealt with in the English courts if alternative dispute resolution procedures fail.
13. Medical Information
Participants must inform us in writing of any medical condition that may affect them or others during the course. This information will be kept confidential as per our Privacy Policy.
14. Amendments to Terms of Service
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes and obtain your acceptance of the new Terms.

The training and notes provided by Skill Solution are for educational purposes only and should not be used for legal interpretation. We accept no responsibility for actions taken based on this material or for any injury or loss resulting from reliance on the training or training notes.
